VSM has a Real-time reporting panel called a ‘Dashboard’. There are numerous report ‘Dashlets’ that can be displayed on each ‘Dashboard’, depending on which systems you are managing with VSM.  The Dashlets provide configuration, capacity, availability and/or performance information related to the various platform resources.

Navigate to dashboards via Service Desk → Dashboards.

Public dashboards

A dashboard can be made "Public" so other users can view it. These can be created by customer users or by business partners for their customers to use.

A public dashboard can only be modified by the original user.

Where a public dashboard has been created by a business partner, then the customer will see the owner as "Business Partner created"
