OS Processor and Memory Reports extended to Cisco and Ribbon equipment

The OS Processor and OS Memory reports can now be run for the following equipment (servers):

• Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
• Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
• Unified IM and Presence
• Ribbon Edge SBC - SWe Lite, 1000 & 2000

Once these are added as monitored equipment, you'll find these in the Equipment drop down box for the reports.

Bug fixes

Previously in Voice Quality Management, Media Servers were not presented with IPNR data and this was shown as 0. This has now been included, and IPNR data for Media Servers will populate.
