VSM uses the CMDB data of all customers with similar architecture to perform a global bench marking exercise. This anonymized data is used to present a recommendation of software revisions.
From this data you can see:
- Your current version for each item
- Recommended version based on other users current version
- Latest discovered for any other customer
You can use this information to identify if you are likely to be an early adopter or not and use for risk assessment.
