In a recent update, VSM added new functionality around Network connectivity configuration, giving user users more extensive control around the frequency with which to conduct network connectivity (ping) tests, and when to raise an alarm for their locations, or even customizable for specific equipment. This is configured under Service Desk → Equipment Locations → Network Connectivity.
