The Announcement Port Usage Summary report consolidates the peak ports used on each announcement board over the selected period of time. All announcement sources are included: VAL, MG Announcement and Media Servers.
- Identify over an extended time period the peak announcement port usage on a board by board basis
- View potential issues with audio group configuration
- Demonstrate the inherent capability to conference multiple callers onto a single announcement port
- Highlight potential over subscription when announcement boards are used as music sources
